Leadership – Thomas Rodriguez
Born to Spanish and English parents, Thomas spent his childhood between the two countries. From an early age, he was drawn to architecture and design, an interest that has remained central throughout his life.
Growing up across different cultures gave him a unique perspective: a deep understanding of local customs and traditions, balanced with the insight and adaptability that come from an international outlook.
After completing a First Class Honours degree in Business Management at the University of Liverpool, Thomas returned to Sotogrande, where he was fortunate to work for a high-end property developer. In this role, he gained hands-on experience across all aspects of the development process and was involved in a number of key sales and acquisitions in the area. Over the past years, he has also led a number of significant renovation projects in Sotogrande, combining his passion for architecture with his understanding of the local market.
